When finished, we send a picture of your locked gate to confirm your yard is secure and your pets are safe.

What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up, you will receive an email quote within 24 hours. The email will contain information about our service and a link for you to provide your payment details and subscribe. Your first billing cycle will begin the day you subscribe.
How does billing work?
You will be charged for your first month of service immediately when you subscribe. The billing cycle begins that day of the month and will recur on the same day each month. If that day doesn't exist in a subsequent month, the billing cycle will begin on the last day of the month.
What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your subscription, email us at info@givemethescoop.pet at least 48 hours before the start of your next billing cycle. If you need to skip a week, please email us at least 48 hours in advance of your normal service day.
What are your days of operation?
We provide service Monday through Friday. Give Me The Scoop is closed on federal holidays or days the holidays are observed.
How much does the service cost?
Customers can expect to pay between $50 and $80 on average per month depending on yard size and service frequency.
